internet neutrality

what is this? what the 'F' is "internet neutrality". I couldn't really get this. Why, so many people are really worrying about this? Is that a big issue nowadays?

People! I had to argue with one of my good friends about this topic. She is doing a research project on it, so she was talking about this too much. I couldn't really understand why these people worrying too much about this internet neutrality thing, where so much of other things are there to worry about. Wars, Terrorism, Global worming, World economy & so much new diseases are out there to worry about. Sometimes, I wonder why the hell is these people, specially Americans, spending too much money on internet neutrality conferences. If you ask me, it's just a wast of money.

Who really care about internet neutrality?

1. Teens who buy/sell drugs and those, who access porn stuff via internet.
2. People who share legal information via invisible network layers.
3. Those, who plagiarize things to their own works using internet resources.
   
4. This list just goes on like this.

I don't really think, any good people do worry about this much. I'm just expressing my personal view about this matter. You guys just think about this and log your ideas in your blog. If possible, let me know your blog URLs. Thank you.
